Anne-Claire is a trained facilitator of participatory methods (Art of Hosting, World Café, Open Space technology). She facilitated many large group conversations around all departments of the City of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, where she worked as a consultant/project manager for almost a decade.
After moving to the US, Anne-Claire first worked in international education for a couple of years. When relocating in Maryland, Anne-Claire started to focus on facilitation again. With the start of the pandemic not long after that, she used her 20 years of experience in international online teams and intra-company online collaboration to to bring her facilitation work online.
Born in France and raised in the Netherlands, Anne-Claire speaks Dutch and French fluently. In addition she speaks English, that she learned as a second language, and which has become her primary language. Anne-Claire currently lives in Maryland, USA.
